ABOUT US

The Cornell Actuarial Society (CAS) is the only undergraduate professional organization that focuses on actuarial science at Cornell. We aim to empower talented and intelligent future actuaries through networking events, speaker series, and skill-building workshops. Our goal is to provide our members with skills to succeed professionally and personally. ​

Membership

General Body

  • No application is needed
  • Biweekly meetings
  • All students are welcome!

Active Actuaries 

  • Application is required
  • Active Actuaries have exclusive access to study resources, skill-building workshops, mentorship, and networking events
  • Active Actuaries are required to attend all CAS events (no more than 3 unexcused absences) 
  • Email cornellactuarialsociety@gmail.com 24 hours prior to the event for your absence

Club Dues

  • $7 per semester; $12 per year
  • Pay in cash or Venmo VP of Finance, @CornellActuarialSociety

Active Actuary Application

Active Actuaries are an exclusive membership tier for students who are dedicated to learning more about actuarial science and gaining the necessary analytical, technical, and leadership skills to succeed in the industry. Active Actuaries have exclusive access to the following:
